FaithHealth

A Shared Mission of Healing

Three Valuable FaithHealth Resources

FaithHealthNC helps ease the journey to health and healing for people and the communities in which they live by connecting the caring strengths of congregations, the clinical expertise of providers and a network of community resources. It also serves as a liaison between Wake Forest Baptist Health and congregations of all denominations. Supporters of Health are staff members who work in under-served areas in collaboration with various community-based agencies to connect patients with vital medical and non-medical resources. As a national leader in this field, FaithHealthNC offers educational resources and events. www.faithhealthnc.org

Center for Congregational Health

Strengthening congregations through consulting, leadership coaching, and intentional interim ministry

Opening doors of hope and wholeness with faith communities, lay leaders and clergy, the Center has provided direct consultation to hundreds of churches since 1992. Applying a congregational approach, CCH consultants seek to elicit and use the resources, skills and gifts for ministry already present in a congregation. The Center recognizes the uniqueness of each congregation and use a process-oriented model that focuses on interactive dialogue for problem solving and discernment. www.healthychurch.org
