Since the launching of FaithHealth in Davidson County in 2012 many of our neighbors have received assistance with a variety of needs that has improved their health outcomes. Thank you for your investment in community outreach and for your assistance in meeting these needs. Your partnership is a valuable asset to FaithHealth and to those we serve. I am grateful for your commitment to making the beloved community a reality.

As the work of FaithHealth continues to evolve and advance in Davidson County, I would like to invite you to A Time of Reflection and Conversation — The FaithHealth Journey.

Please join us on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 in the Lexington Medical Center’s Live Well Center from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. as we consider the past and explore the future of FaithHealth-Davidson County. Light refreshments will be served.
