For example, a listing of a wide variety of free or low-cost nutrition education classes — including nutrition classes for cancer survivors, classes for WIC recipients, for those interested in weight management, or shopping and cooking on a budget. Other listings include tips on how to eat locally.

Health classes are available for newly pregnant women that will “empower, educate and support families on vital topics to help reach goals that are set throughout pregnancy and during the first two years of child’s life.”
