FaithHealth’s new colleague, Pam Hurley, MOL, BSN, RN, Director for the Faith Community Health Ministry Program, Atrium Health, presents at a recent FaithHealth Grand Rounds. In “Health, Hope and Healing for All: Faith Community Health Ministry“ Hurley helps us explore the health ministry model of legacy Atrium Health, understand the faith community nurse, faith community health promoter and the liaison  partnership options, and finally, celebrate the journey to health and wellness and impact of the FCHM model.
