FaithHealth’s new colleague, Pam Hurley, MOL, BSN, RN, Director for the Faith Community Health Ministry Program, Atrium Health, will present at our next FaithHealth Grand Rounds. In “Health, Hope and Healing for All: Faith Community Health Ministry“ Hurley will help us 
explore the health ministry model of legacy Atrium Health, understand the faith community nurse, faith community health promoter and the liaison partnership options, and finally, celebrate the journey to health and wellness and impact of the FCHM model.
We are grateful to be working with both Pam and her large team (paid and volunteer) and to learn from faith community ministry’s decades-long journey. Please join us and hear about this team’s long history and current programs. This should be a relevant and exciting session!
